Terms & Conditions
Membership
Eligibility
No purchase is necessary to enroll
in our loyalty rewards membership program. An email address and phone number
are required upon signup for the loyalty program and as a Member you agree to
receive communications via email. Unsubscribing from email communications will result in suspension of membership. Member must be 18 years of age or older to
participate.
Benefits
Member will earn 1 (one) Point for
every 20 (twenty) dollars spent(excluding taxes). Each point is worth 1 (one)
dollar toward future purchases.
General
Terms
Reward points are based on total
spending. Points will not accrue for money spent on tax or shipping or via
coupons, promotions or on discounted items. Points may not be used to purchase
discounted items. Points and rewards have no cash value. Points will become available
for use once at least 5 (five) points have accumulated.
Member must provide their loyalty
card or phone number at checkout to receive points for their purchase. Members
are responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information.
Reward points are not assignable,
saleable, transferable, replaceable or redeemable for cash.
Blue Reef Aquatics may email account
information, notifications, and/or transactional information as well as coupons
and promotions. Member consents to these email notifications which are required
as part of the free loyalty rewards program. The loyalty program is continuous
and no subsequent registration is required. Rewards earned on a purchased item
which is then returned or exchanged will be deducted from Member’s point
balance. Returns may cause a negative point balance.
Points
Accrual Rules
Member is solely responsible for any
federal, state and local taxes associated with any purchases where applicable.
Points are earned on all eligible transactions through cash, credit card or
using gift cards. All eligible purchases are applied towards accruing points and
points will be available for use when 10 (ten) or more points are present in
Member’s account.
Purchases made by Members to buy
Gift Cards are not eligible to receive points..
If Member’s account is inactive for 365
days, any accumulated points will be reset to zero (0). Inactive is defined as
not having any purchase activity posted to Member’s Account.
If a Member believes their eligible
purchase was incorrectly applied toward earning rewards, please contact Blue
Reef Aquatics at 702-252-REEF (7333). Requests must be received by Blue Reef
Aquatics within 7 (seven) days from the date of activity.
Blue Reef Aquatics may present
additional opportunities from time to time for Member to earn extra points.
Cancellation
and Termination Policy
Blue Reef Aquatics maintains the
right to terminate Member’s participation in the loyalty program at any time.
Upon termination, Member will forfeit any Points. Repeated return of
merchandise for which Points have been rewarded or used for purchase may result
in termination of Member’s participation in the loyalty program.
Modification
of Program Policy
Blue Reef Aquatics reserves the
right to modify and/or terminate the loyalty program and/or these Terms and
Conditions at any time without notice. Terms and Conditions for the Program
will be posted at bluereefaquatics.com. Member’s continued participation in the
loyalty program, including use of its account or points shall indicate Member’s
acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Member
Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Blue Reef Aquatics’s Terms of Use and Privacy
Policy shall apply to Member’s membership in the Blue Reef Rewards
Program.
